Monique is great to work with. She goes the extra mile. Monique not only listened to my concerns, so she could understand my issues, but she worked hard to exceed my requirements.
I signed up with NCF to get help improving my credit score. Monique has been able to help me improve my score and was able to negotiate with one of my banks to pay off a large outstanding credit debt for less than what was owed.
We are working on the last pieces now to eliminate all of the black marks on my credit report by the end of next year at which point my credit will be restored to what it was and should be.
