Hear about Matthew M’s story on how he came to us:

We knew our credit was bad because of the trouble we got into in South Carolina in 2008. We were getting letter after letter from the collection agencies. After a while they stopped.

In the beginning of 2011 we decided to run our credit to see where our scores were at to be able to purchase a new home. We were very disappointed that they were so low.

The lenders we spoke to gave us a time frame of 18-24 months before we would be approved pending we got some credit cards and started establishing some good credit.

We were desperate to see if anything was improving so in September 2011 we ran our credit again and our scores were a little better but not good enough. This time Prime Lending told us about NCF.

He gave us our contact person and we set up our meeting, listened to Harry, and we are very optimistic about the service. We feel we are finally going to have some help in this fight to improve our credit scores and buy our home.

Karie just left this note for her case manager in her Member Portal:

Hi, I had my mortgage loan officer check my credit report today and let me say that he was very surprised and even impressed!

My middle score has gone up at least 90 points in the last month!!

Thank you guys so much for your help!! I am now pre-approved for the house I want! As soon as the loan closes, etc. I will let you know.

Unbelievable Results for Al

Al had spent almost his entire professional career with “ok” credit. That was the problem, it was only that: “OK”. He was almost always able to get financing, but he had to pay more than people with better credit. And, it was just too low for a home purchase at the payment he wanted.

Before he joined, his scores were in the mid 600s. (Really not that bad, about average for the scores in the US.) After steadily working with his case manager by timely sending in his results and by using the advice his case manager gave him, his TransUnion score has gone from a 664 to a 716! And his middle score is now a 700!

Here is what he just emailed his case manager:
