When I first walked into the NCF office several months ago, I did not even know what my credit score was. Now I know my credit score and more. I know my credit has improved and I am learning how to keep it going in the right direction. This is due to the work of my wonderful case worker, Krista Phillips. In her dealings with me, she has been highly professional and very personable. Finance and credit can be daunting, but Krista walks me through the credit reports in her professional and personable manner, and I am the wiser for it. She also clearly communicates the nature of the correspondences she is sending to the credit bureaus on my behalf. That keeps me connected to the process. I have never once doubted that she takes as much interest in my case as do I.
