Monique has been amazing with her communication skills since I started working with her. I have always been able to email or text and she responds promptly. However, TODAY 7/8/2016, Monique blew me away! I was in a panic over a call I received today. Monique was able to bring me down and calm me down from overthinking and over analyzing the situation. She assured me she is here for me and will help me through this. She educated me on the process and will be assisting me going forward. Thank you for this wonderful employee! She is for sure a huge asset and for me, a blessing!
