Sesny contacted me several times since then first telling me the suit had been settled and we should receive checks in several months (around November 2010). This never happened then we received the letter urging us to accept $300. We signed them and returned them promptly. Again never heard anything else and this occurred around February 2011. Today I contacted Sesny about the settlements and was told the original attorneys filed to have their fees paid so all payments to subjects of the class were stopped until they go back to court about attorney fees. It is just unbelievable to me and I wonder what the next excuse will be not to pay the subjects of this class action? Herschel do you know what is going on?

The $443 I was supposed to get would have only amounted to $200., once the lawyer fees were taken out. I filled out the settlement form in July urging me to accept the $443. It stated that I would be among the first to receive it. I signed and returned the emailed
form the day I received it. I never received a check, I called the lawyer’s office and they seem to have amnesia. They said it was first come first served and that my name was not among the ones who received a check. I spoke to some unknown person, not the lawyers.
