You can take comfort in referring your clients, friends, and family to NCF. Our members work with professionals trained to provide the highest quality Customer Service. From the moment they are enrolled they will be working with our "hands on" Set Up Department and will continue through to their Case Manager. All of our Case Managers have at least 5 years experience in the credit industry and have personally helped thousands of members restore their credit. Finally, each member's case will be reviewed by a licensed Attorney who is motivated to get the best results for our members. Everyone at NCF, from the Set Up Department to the Case Managers to our Attorneys believe in helping our members through the process of complete credit restoration.

Our Members' Case Manager will research their specific situation and create a strategy of attack which will challenge anything and everything on their credit report that is suppressing their score. Next, an Attorney will review the challenge, sign it, and sent it to the Credit Bureaus. This process has been developed to generate the best legitimate results as soon as possible. Other companies may promise the world but will not be able to deliver true, attorney delivered results. The simple reason is that we use a real attorney and they send out a letter dispute written from the customer. We also under promise and over deliver. Our program is 12 full months. Our average member sees a 127 point increase in the first six months of membership however some items may take longer to get removed, and some items will be removed on the very first challenger. These are results that you can be proud to recommend people to us.

To enhance the professionalism of our staff, we have a state of the art web based system that will not only give your client 24/7 access to their file and secure communication to their case manager, you can also have access and track their progress as well! Your picture, logo, website, email address, and phone number can be placed on the home page of your clients account so that every time they log in they will remember why they are restoring their credit in the first place: to work with you! In addition they will have access to more credit education to help them stay on the right track and not get into the same place that got them to us in the first place.

In addition to the system used by our members, you will have access to your own training and resources page. We provide you with the ability to get marketing materials (both for online and print), sales presentations and sales scripts, training about credit restoration and repair, training about National Credit Federation, videos, access to training calls, viewing your commissions, and a lot more! This will help you be more successful in either your current business or in starting a new one!
